Very good location. Nice view overlooking the marina. Nice building and facilities. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff at reception and bar. Easy access to beach, port area, and downtown Sousse. Low price. Good spa. 

the room was dirty, especially the bath and i can send you the photos i took everywhere in the room. They said too that we have to pay for the internet, and when we showed them the reservation and told them that internet is included, they said Booked.net made a mistake by including internet.

The location of hotel was perfect, right on beach and marina. the hotel was clean and staff ok.
